The first step with all of our lawyers is a consultation appointment. Whether you are looing for advice generally, independent legal advice on a draft contract, or seeking representation with court, mediation, arbitration or negotiations, in a consultation we will discuss with your rights and entitlements and cover all the options available to you.
Our lawyers’ hourly rates range from $300/hr to $550/hr.
Our lawyers charge their regular rate for consultations. We do not offer free consultations, except in two situations:
If you would like information about the Collaborative Family Law (CFL) Process, one of our registered CFL lawyers will discuss the process with you at no charge for up to 30 minutes. No legal advice is given when discussing this process option.
If you have inquiries about assisted reproduction, we offer a free 30 minute consultation.
We do offer limited scope retainers in some situations.
